Rooted in Purpose,

Joy doesn’t just work in finance. She works in freedom. After enduring the perfect storm, divorce, betrayal, and financial collapse, she rebuilt not just her bank account, but her identity. Along the way, she discovered something powerful: most women aren’t broken…they’re just exhausted. Exhausted from giving, from compromising, from carrying the weight of everyone else’s needs.
Her mission is simple: help women retire with peace, protection, and purpose.
Not in fear. Not in chaos. Not wondering if they’ll be a burden. She believes retirement isn’t the end of the story, it’s the chapter where women finally get to live for themselves. And that’s exactly what she helps them do.

Joy DeGrasse may speak softly, but make no mistake, she is a warrior. After facing divorce, bankruptcy, and betrayal all at once, she didn’t just survive… she rebuilt. Piece by piece, prayer by prayer. And in doing so, she found her calling: helping women navigate the messy middle between trauma and triumph.
She knows what it’s like to feel lost and uncertain, and she also knows what it means to rise. That’s why women trust her. Not because she has a script, but because she has scars. Her strength doesn’t roar, it resonates.

Faith, Not Fear,

For Joy, this work isn’t a career. It’s a calling. She believes God has a plan for everyone, and that pain can be a doorway to purpose. Every financial plan she builds is filtered through prayer, integrity, and divine alignment. She doesn’t push products. She protects people.
She’s not selling returns. She’s restoring peace. That’s what makes her different. She walks with clients through the spiritual and emotional side of money, so they don’t just retire wealthy, they retire whole.
Legacy Built on Love

Ask Joy what matters most, and she won’t hesitate: her children and grandbabies. They are her heartbeat, her inspiration, and the reason she started this mission. To protect them. To guide them. And to create something that would outlive her.
Legacy isn’t about numbers, it’s about love. It’s about making sure the people who matter most are cared for long after you're gone. That’s the kind of retirement Joy helps women plan for: one rooted in faith, family, and a future they can feel good about.

When she’s not helping women reclaim their finances, Joy is barefoot in the woods, dancing at sunset, or sipping herbal tea while writing her next book. She believes God put everything we need on this earth to heal, financially, emotionally, and physically.
She once ran a wildlife rescue with her kids, nurtured raccoons and rabbits, and still rescues elderly dogs. Her love for natural healing infuses everything she does. It’s no wonder clients feel more like family, and planning feels more like restoration.
From Paper Stacks
As a little girl, Joy played “office,” lining up papers in neat rows, long before she knew she’d run a real business. She later built a mortgage company, co-ran a construction firm as CFO, and then walked away from it all to raise her family.
But it wasn’t until life knocked her down that her real work began. Today, she’s not just organizing numbers, she’s helping women organize their future. She takes the confusion out of planning and replaces it with clarity, compassion, and calm.

Joy speaks from the heart, not from a teleprompter. Whether she’s leading a retirement workshop, recording a radio segment, or hosting a “License to Spend” event, she makes financial education feel like soul care.
She’s been the featured guest at women’s events, churches, and community forums, always with one goal: to show women they are not alone, not crazy, and not broken. She’s not building a client list. She’s building a movement of empowered women who sleep well at night
